Internal evaluation notice - prepared 23 October 2026

Internal evaluation data notice

This notice concerns the invited GIaaS synthetic-data evaluation. It is not the final customer privacy policy. Now GI is a working brand, not a verified legal entity. The test organizer is Gijs Beerens, using the working name Now GI. Participants can contact him through the existing private invitation conversation described on the support page.

What the test processes

The workflow can process selected synthetic ServiceNow records, work-item references, generated documentation, clarification replies, review decisions and operational events. Microsoft work-account identifiers, participant names, Teams messages, timestamps and audit correlations can be real personal information even when the development records are synthetic. Use fictional content in test messages. Never include passwords, tokens or employer/customer documents.

Where information goes

The intended test uses Microsoft Entra for identity, Microsoft Teams for conversations, operator-controlled Azure runtime/storage and audit resources, the designated ServiceNow test instance for source reads, and a dedicated Azure DevOps repository/wiki for draft and final documentation. Repository readers may see draft commits before final publication approval. Authorized test operators may inspect the test records and diagnostics.

The planned model is Claude Sonnet 5 through Microsoft Foundry using a global deployment. Approved context and clarification content can be processed by Microsoft and Anthropic outside the Azure tenant or account region. Model processing, retention and location follow the separately reviewed offer terms; no model calls are authorized by this notice. The organizer must approve the actual model deployment and applicable terms before enabling calls. Developer clients, where separately included in the approved test, can retain their own session history.

Retention and questions

Removing test compute does not erase Teams messages, source records, Git history, operator evidence, backups or protected audit archives. Retention and deletion depend on each service and the approved test plan; this notice promises no universal deletion deadline. Protected audit records can remain after active test cleanup. Ask the organizer through the existing private invitation channel about access, correction, deletion or stopping participation; the organizer must review all applicable copies and retention restrictions.

These notice pages use Cloudflare Pages hosting. The uploaded files contain no analytics scripts, forms, cookies or external assets, and we will leave optional Web Analytics disabled for this test site. Cloudflare still processes visitor network information, including IP addresses and traffic metadata, to provide and protect its service. Provider retention varies under its privacy policy; the organizer has not established a fixed provider log-deletion deadline. Removing this site does not promise deletion of provider records or copies already received by visitors.
