Internal evaluation participation conditions

This is a limited internal GIaaS evaluation using synthetic development evidence. It is not a production software licence, customer contract or promise of Marketplace eligibility. Now GI is a working brand; no registered company identity is asserted here.

• Participate only if invited by the test organizer, using the designated test account, approved records and the authorized test instructions.
• Do not add production, employer or customer data, credentials or unrelated records. Do not use the evaluation for business-critical work.
• AI-generated documentation can be incomplete or incorrect. Read the exact proposed document before approving publication. Approval applies only to the reviewed revision and does not authorize unrelated changes.
• The evaluation may stop or change when qualification, access or cost limits require it. No uptime, response time, production support or fitness commitment is made by this test notice.
• Microsoft, ServiceNow and any selected model or client services have their own applicable terms and permissions. These pages do not accept third-party agreements or authorize purchases on a participant's behalf.
• Report unexpected access, sensitive data or incorrect publication to the organizer privately and stop the affected test step. Follow the data notice for retained copies and deletion questions.

Access to the evaluation does not establish ownership of, or a new distribution licence for, product software or procedures. Final customer licence, pricing, privacy and support agreements remain separate decisions.
